Moody on 202-708-8236 The U.S. Department of Education seeks to procure a contractor to evaluate the effectiveness of projects funded under ED's Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Program(GEAR UP) program. The purpose is to conduct a rigorous assessment of projects funded under this program in order to evaluate their effectiveness in increasing student educational expectations and preparing students for postsecondary education.
