The work is located in the counties of Buffalo, Hughes, Hyde, and Stanley, in South Dakota. The standard industrial classification code for this project is 1623. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 2, 1999. The projected bid opening date is on or about July 2, 1999.
