The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement to provide subject matter expert services in the area of system and process reliability, to support the Project Manager for Artillery Munitions Systems (PM ARMS) in the SADARM program. The contractor shall provide engineering suport to the tasks or activities of participationg in failure review boards, participation in build rediness reviews, participation in product improvement design reviews, and to preform a review of Areojet's Failure Root cause & Corrective Action System (FRCCAS). This support will include active participation and contribution to each of these activities and all other reliability improvement activities as appropriate. The contractor's representative shall document his activity, suggestions and recommendations and provide thse to the PM ARMS.This documentation may include formal minutes of mettings, written analyses of events, process or activies, and/ or personal notes of proceedings, all of which will include the representiatives' expert analyses, opinions, suggestions and/or recommencations. The period of performance will be 9 months. The contractor will be required to travel to Arusa, CA three times for three days and three times to Minneapolis, for three days.
