Drydocking, hull repairs and preservation, A/C plants, and interior
repairs and preservation. To qualify for an award under this
solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for
Boat Repair (ABR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to
allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. The contractors'
inspection will tentatively take place on July 8 and July 9, 1999 at
the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. The tentative
availability dates are September 20, 1999 through May 30, 2000 with
work to take place at the contractor's facility. The place of
performance is unrestricted. This is a best value procurement utilizing
