Drydocking, underwater hull preservation and repairs, interior
preservation, A/C plant repairs, and installation of PRC deck
coverings. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror
must execute a current NAVSEA Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). If not
previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of
the contractor's data. The contractors' inspection will tentatively
take place on July 21, 1999 at the U.S. Naval Amphibious Base, Little
Creek, Norfolk, Virginia. The tentative availability dates are
September 21, 1999 through March 1, 2000 with work to take place at the
contractor's plant. The place of performance is unrestricted. This is
a best value procurement utilizing past performance as an evaluation
