Work under these projects consist of three (3) new houses to be constructed under Category "C" of the Bureau of Indian Affairs Housing Improvement Program (HIP),Anadarko Area Office. Construction sites are at the following locations: Perkins, OK (1); Carnegie, OK (1); Apache, OK (1). In accordance with FAR Part 36.204(b), the government estimate price falls into the range of $25,000-$100,00 for each house, but the Government cost limit is based on the square footage method as determined by using Marshall Swift cost factors and regional adjusters. Bids must be made on each house individually; contracts will be awarded on same basis. Project to be completed no later than 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
