Work for this project consists of: Removal of an existing boiler and air conditioning units; selective removal, salvage and disposal of existing ductwork, cleaning of existing ductwork; cutting and patching of existing finishes required for the installation of a new HVAC equipment, ductwork, diffusers, temperature controls and electrical wiring; testing an balancing of new system; temporary measures required to protect the adjacent rooms and spaces from dust, debris, vibration, noise, and damage and protection of visitors during construction; installation of new cast-in-place concrete pads and bollards. Work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision, and performing all operations required for the installation of a new mechanical HVAC system and it's associated components and utilities, including interior modifications required for installation of the system. This solicitation is issued pursuant to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns regardless of size.
