The Sen-Tech, Inc. software provided allows synchronous tracking of three active targets at randomly chosen frequencies while maintaining compatibility with Goat Island Area Tracking Range (GIATR)data acquisition system tracking data. Sen-Tech, Inc.is the only known manufacturer of software that is capable of meeting this NUWCDIVNPT requirement. Software has to be Y2 compliant. A written solicitation will be issued. Delivery will be FOB Destination, Newport, RI by 30 September 1999. Expected award date will be 18 June 1999. The Standard Industrial Code is 3577, 1000 employees.
