219-6445 The President's Committee On Employment Of People With
Disabilities (PCEPD) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide
support for a future nationwide marketing campaign. The Contractor
shall provide a course of action for the President's Committee for
follow. The Contractor shall design a method to establish an image of
the President's Committee that will make the Committee's role better
understood by the public and will identify the President's Committee as
an ongoing, independent government agency reporting to the President.
The contractor shall develop standardized, uniform, and consistent
visual identification information that is to be used by the President's
Committee and all of its programs. This effort requires the Contractor
to design and propose a uniform and consistent graphic image for the
informational and educational products produced by the PCEPD. Within
three months of the the PCEPD's acceptance of the graphic design, the
Contractor shall develop an illustrated style manual that willguide the
PCEPD in the proper placement and utilization of graphics, establish a
consistent image for the PCEPD, and improve the quality of its
promotional and educational materials. The Contractor shall conduct a
review of current publications and other printed materials that are
distributed to external audiences. In addition, the Contractor shall
develop a plan to market two specific programs to their critical
audiences: High School/High Tech and the Workforce Recruitment Program.
The Contractor shall coordinate work plans with the Public Affairs
Manager. The SIC code for this requirement is 8743. The size standard
for this SIC code is $5,000,000.00. Contract type is firm, fixed price.
