Tate, DARPA/CMD, FAX (703) 696-2208 DARPA intends to award a sole source purchase order to Integral Visuals, Inc. to provide technical and engineering support to DARPA's Program Manager for Project Genoa and Total Information Awareness. Starlight, a visualization tool, will be integrated into the Genoa system as part of the development of new and complementary visualization tools. The tasking areas include Information Visualization; Tools to Assist Collective Reasoning; Evaluation Methodologies; Liaison with the Pathfinder Program; and Technical Support. Integral Visuals, Inc. is the only source known to the Government with the capabilities, in-depth expertise, and personnel that can satisfy the requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Contractors capable of offering their service must respond within fifteen (15) days of the date of this notice by submitting specific technical capability to provide this service. All responses received within fifteen (15) days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
