The Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center is soliciting interested bidders for the purchase and installation of various trees to be installed at this site. The range of this project is between 25-100,000 thousand dollars. The standard industrial classification for this project is: 0181. This is a combined synopisis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as suplemented with additiional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Nr DAHA2099T9089 is issued under Request for Quotation Proceedures. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisiiton Circular 97-11 and is set-aside for small business. The following is a list of line items required: Line item 1: 50 each AMBER MAPLE TREE, 1 1/2 to 2" BASE CALIPER Line item 2: 50 each RED MAPLE TREE, 1 1/2 to 2" BASE CALIPER Line item 3: 50 each GREEN ASH TREE, 1 1/2 to 2" BASE CALIPER Line item 4: 50 each LINDEN TREE, 1 1/2 to 2" BASE CALIPER Line item 5: 140 each AUSTRIAN PINE TREE 1 1/2 to 2" BASE CALIPER Line item 5: Installation and watering for 12 months with one year warranty. All trees are to be properly balled and roots shall be properly wrapped to protect root system. Label each tree with securely attached waterproof tag bearing legible designation of botanical and common name. A site plan and planting schedule will be available to the awarded vendor.
