The scope of this project includes all labor and material to install approximately 1,080 SF of 1/4" thick heavy duty industrial resinous floor topping with non-skid finish over existing concrete. The new floor will continue up the walls to create a 4" base with a 3/4" cove. This work will be performed in Bldg 1053, Bay 5, Room 100, Langley AFB. VA. The scope of this project also includes all necessary floor preparations to install the new floor topping, including but not limited to the removal of existing of non-skid patches, removal of existing vinyl base, and installation of any expansion joints that are needed.
