The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare Systems intends to negotiate a "Sole Source" procurement with Nicolet Biomedical Instruments to furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, travel, shipping expenses, and non-expendable parts, to provide unlimited emergency repair service and preventative maintenance inspections as well as all intervening srvice calls on three Government-owned Nicolet Biomedical Instrument (NBI), manufactured BMSI Epilepsy Monitoring Units and their associated systems.
