services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in the notice. A
written solicitation will be issued upon request. This is a request for
quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-99-Q-3FA5V8. This solicitation document
will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11 The standard industrial
classification code is 3731 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor,
materials, equipment, services, and competence to perform the
following IAW specifications on the USCGC KANAWHA (WLR-75407): 1.
Drydock the vessel. 2. Renew wasted metal. 3. Paint affected areas
(internal and external) 4. Perform NDT and ultrasound testing.
Performance period is June 1 18, 1999. Specifications to be provided on
request. The government will award a contract resulting from this
solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the
solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and
other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to
evaluate offer: Price, Required Delivery Date. The proposed contract
listed here will be awarded as part of the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Offers are due on May 26, 1999

accounts receivable financing. The maximum line or credit is $500,000.
