For Base Contract: Furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supplies, and supervision to remove all coal from the bunkers of GSA West Heating Plant (WHP) located at 1051 29th St. NW, Washington, DC in accordance with the provisions of these specifications. 2. For Option I: Furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supplies, and supervision to remove all coal from the coal yard of GSA Central Heating Plant (CHP) located at 13th and C Sts.
