Memeorial Pkwy, Huntsville,AL on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 16 ea, p/n VMIVME-7696-650 VME 6U processor board, 16 ea. p/n VMIVME-7452-402 VME hard drive floppy drive board. These are spare and replacement parts for mission installed equipment for Project Beartrap. The VME processor board is the processor used in the recording suite installed on the aircraft. These parts must be compatible and interchangeable with existing equipment. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with VMIC; who is the only known source that has compatible and interchangeable parts for this system.
