59 -- DELIVERY ORDER AGAINST EXISTING BOA SOL 990225 DUE 052599 POC Alice Tornquist, Code 25213AT, (732) 323-4316, Contracting Officer D.E. McClure NAWCADLKE intends to issue a delivery order against N68335-98-G-0276, an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Systems and Electronics, Inc (SEI), 201 Evans Lane, St Louis, MO 63121-1126. The purpose of the proposed delivery order is to provide spare and repair parts in accordance with Support Material Lists (SML) for the High Power Device Test Subsystem (HPDTS, P/N 2054AS400-02) to the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) and APG-65, APS-137, AWG-9 and ALQ-99 Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS). Support Material List for the HPDTS includes items such as gaskets, solenoid valves, circuit card assemblies, ethernet hub set, etc. APG-65 OTPS SML includes items such as circuit card assemblies, directional couplers, waveguide adapter, electromagnetic relay, etc. APS-137 OTPS SML includes items such as differential gage, radio frequency cable assemblies, waveguide assemblies, electrical extender cards, etc. AWG-9 OTPS SML includes items such as high cable assemblies, actuator springs, indicator lights, circuit breakers, etc. ALQ-99 OTPS SML includes items such as receiver modules, waterload assemblies, switch assemblies, air flow sensor, etc. The above named automatic test equipment is used in testing radar systems on the F-14, F-18, EA6B, AV8B and S-3 aircraft. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. SEI is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the HPDTS and the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform this effort. Firms that recognize and produce the required items are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
