59 -- HIGH-SPEED DIGITAL RECEIVER/DEMODULATOR SOL N00015990028 DUE 051999 POC Imy Niemiec This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure a high-speed digital receiver/demodulator meeting the following specifications: DC to greater than 40 MHz analog input or 100 Msamples/sec. digital input; simultaneous detector outputs (amplitude demodulation, frequency demodulation, selected video, log amplitude, phase demodulation); independently selectable filters for all detector outputs; analog and digital (16-bit TTL) outputs; digital tuning, filtering and data decimation; digital finite impulse response (FIR) filters; receiver bandwidths and FFT spans up to 40 MHz; standard 19" rack mount chassis, no greater than 24" deep; RS-232 remote control; IEEE-488 remote control; operate within a standard electronics laboratry environment; universal power supply (110 or 220VAC); commercially available within 180 days ARO.
