THIS PROCUREMENT IS LIMITED ONLY TO THOSE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS HAVING A BONA-FIDE PLACE OF BUSINESS LOCATED WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES OF THE BALTIMORE DISTRICT OFFICE, RICHMOND DISTRICT OFFICE OR WASHINGTON DISTRICT OFFICE. The general intention of this contract is to provide and secure asbestos removal and non-asbestos materials installation for interior and exterior work in various locations, completed and ready for use. The work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, supervision, transportation, material, and equipment necessary to provide all site preparation, monitoring, testing, removing and disposing of debris, and other work to facilitate the removal of asbestos material from interior and exterior materials, and incidental related work. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a minimum guarantee of $100,000.00 for the Base Year and $100,000.00 for each Option Year. There are two (2) Option Years. The price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation package will be available on or about 24 May 1999. A site visit is not necessary and one will not be scheduled. Bids shall be submitted in written form. The bids are due at 2:00 PM on 24 June 1999.
