This is a request for quote in order that qualified contractors are able to provide contracted services for research and extraction of pertinent Real Estate Management Data such as unit of measurements for utilities, structures, and systems built or renovated in a facility at the United States Air Force Academy. On site performance entering data into a Government provided WIMS data system, along with tools and equipment required to support the system. This is a technical service requirement and the contractor must have 5 years of Air Force Real Property, experience working in the WIMS computer system and must be able to work without training or supervision. There are presently 380 records to be completed and the estimated time period for data entry per file is estimated at 3 hours per file. A quality check will be performed periodically to protect the government's interest. Written requests received directly from the requester are acceptable.
