This requirement is to add five items to a current Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Sikorsky Aircraft. Sikorsky is currently the only qualified commercial source of repair for these items. Additionally, this requirement is for repair effort by Sikorsky personnel situated at the depot level.
