The work consists of services to furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment to provide preventive maintenance and inventory to all Cat 500 Medical Facilities and non Cat 500 Medical Facilities that directly support Cat 500 Medical Facilities in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii and U.S. Possessions -- Caribbean, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Bermuda Islands, Bahama Islands and Panama. The proposed contract will be a single award for one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract including a base year and four-one year options, each year with a maximum value up to $5.5 million per year, for a total contract value of $27.5 Million. Firm Fixed Task Orders will be issued against the contract with Facilities identified on each Task Order. The requirement is handled by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, Mobile Al.
