This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is NMA201-99-R-0006 and is issued as a request for proposal. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7372 and the business size standard is $18 million. This requirement is set-aside for small business concerns meeting the SIC code business standard listed above. The National Imagery & Mapping Agency (NIMA) intends to procure the following brand name software: CLIN 0001 ERDAS IMAGINE Professional V8.3 for Windows NT, Part Number SWE-NTPF (QTY 7); CLIN 0002 ERDAS IMAGINE Media and Documentation for Version 8.3, Part Number SWE-NTPAK (QTY 7); CLIN 0003 ERDAS IMAGINE Professional SSS (NT/95) Part Number SWE-SNTPF (QTY 7); and CLIN 0004 Shipping and Handling. Delivery will be to the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC no later than 14 days after award of contract. Delivery shall be between the hours of 0900 and 1400 exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction for Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Interested parties shall submit offers, which include the 11 items outlined in FAR 52.212-1(b).
