Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to perform the following: Install a dry pipe fire sprinkler system in Building 1055. The new system will be connected into an existing dry pipe fire sprinkler system servicing Buildings 1052, 1053,and 1054. All alarm functions and system operation will be integrated into the existing alarm and control system. Water supply connection will be tapped at the fire pump room located between buildings 1053 and 1054. The dry pipe supply will run from the fire pump room through the overhead of Building 1054, then to the sprinkler distribution piping in Building 1055. All work will be accomplished in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. SIC is 1711. The size standard is $7 Million. This solicitation is open to all business concerns. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the Electronic PostingSystem (EPS), www.eps.gov, (paper copies will not be available). Any prospective bidders interested in bidding on this solicitation MUST register in order to be placed on the bidder list.
