Commercial item procedures will be used in accordance with FAR Part 12 and will involve a restructuring and replacement of the existing program, so incumbent contractors are encouraged to submit offers. Geographical scope includes the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii. This area is anticipated to be divided into six (6) zones with multiple awards made to four or five contractors within the six zones. Offers may be submitted for a single or multiple zones. The scope will include a range of construction and related services. It is anticipated that the contracts awarded will be for a One Year Base Period with four (4) one (1) Year Options.
