The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision and equipment required to complete the proposed project at the Hancock Field ANG Base, Syracuse, NY in strict compliance with plans and specifications supplied by the Government. The overall scope of work includes demolition of 59,000 sy of pavement, construction of 41,000 sy of pavement and overlaying/widening taxiways. The project also includes aircraft shelters, site work, and underground utilities for complete and functional aircraft pavements and shelters. The construction schedule and all elements of the project will be closely coordinated with the Base Civil Engineer. The magnitude of the project is estimated to be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The anticipated construction performance period if 210 calendar days after acknowledgement of Notice to Proceed. IFB DAHA30-99-B-0003 will be issued on or about 15 June 1999, with a bid opening date of on or about 15 July, 1999. A pre-bid conference will be held on 1 July, 1999 at the Hancock Field ANG Base, 6001 E. Molloy Road, Syracuse, NY 13221 at 0930 local time.
