Relocate 21 portable buildings at Fort Hood, TX. Fourteen of these building are 24 ft x 42 ft with 5 ft overhang on each side. Thirteen of these buildings are setting on concrete piers, the outside row is fasten down with bolt and washer. One Building to be placed on concrete slab and will weld steel beam to steel plate to fasten the building down. The other thirteen buildings will be placed on concrete slab attached to frame of each building. Contractor will be required to level concrete pads that will be on asphalt surface. Four Buildings are 29 ft x 33 ft; two buildings are 32 ft x 60 ft and one building is 48 ft x 48 ft. These buildings are setting on concrete pad and concrete blocks which will be relocated and install new tiedowns on the portable buildings. The RFQ will be placed on the Fort Hood WEB site tentatively 7 May 1999. This procurement is 100% small business set aside.
