The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for physical wall-to-wall dollar value inventories for approximately two hundred (200) commissaries located in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam. Contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, transportation, supplies, materials, and equipment (excluding material handling equipment) necessary to conduct the inventories. Multiple award task order contracts of indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery type are anticipated. Performances will be required for a base year of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000, and four option years. The standard industrial code is 7389 and the business size standard is $5 million. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. See note 1. The estimated date of the issuance of the solicitation will be on or about May 20, 1999. Anticipated date for receipt of proposals is June 11, 1999.
