Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to perform all operations in connection with RENOVATION OF DENTAL ROOMS located at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. This is a combined sources sought/ Request For Quote (RFQ). The RFQ number is F04684-99-QC159. Work shall consist of installing exhaust fan; remove airline and fittings; paint and repair stainless steel cabinets; remove all cabinets, electrical, plumbing and shelving; and install floor tiles. The specifications and drawings will specify work in detail. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1799. The small business size for concern including its affiliates, is not to exceed 7 million in average annual receipts for its preceding 3 fiscal years. This RFQ is restricted to emerging Small Businesses. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. The total contract performance period is 45 calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed. Work is to start within 15 days of contract award and completed within 45 days. A site visit is scheduled for 13 May 99 at 0900.
