HUMBOLDT BAY, McKINLEYVILLE, CA. Only written requests for
solicitations will be accepted. Furnish all labor, material and
equipment necessary to replace the existing air handling equipment and
serving the barracks and dining facility at U.S. Coast Guard Group
Humboldt Bay, McKinleyville, CA. Work includes but is not limited to:
disconnect the electrical power supply and controls connected to the
time alarm control panel, and existing rooftop exhaust fans; remove AHU
and install new rooftop, gas heating unit; install new rooftop exhaust
fan units EF-25 and 27 and balance air system connected to the new
unit. Plans and specifications may be ordered or picked up from East
Bay Blue Print and Supply, 1745 Fourteenth Ave., Oakland, CA (510)
261-2990. There will be a non-refundable fee for plans and
specifications. PLANHOLDERS LISTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM EAST BAY BLUE
PRINT AND SUPPLY BY FAXING YOUR REQUEST TO (510) 261-6077. PLANS ARE
NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE COAST GUARD OFFICE. Estimated Range is $25,000
and $100,000. The performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt
of Notice to Proceed. The procurement is subject to the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small
business participation. The applicable SIC code is 1711. Small business
size standard is $7.0 million. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION
BEING SOLICITED AND ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND.
