Maintenance Management: receive direct schedule job orders issued by 20 CES Production Control, maintaining current data/status on same. Inspect surfaces to be painted for acceptable condition, quantities of paint and material required. Schedule resources to accomplish all requirements. Painting by others: At the option of the government painting operations both interior and exterior by others may still be accomplished. The contract period may be written for a period of seven years (basic period with 6 one year options). The anticipated start date will be 1 Apr 00. This solicitation, when issued, will be IAW OMB A-76 and will not result in a contract if government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The applicable SIC Code for this solicitation is 1799 and the corresponding size standard is $7 million (gross revenues averaged over the past three years). This project is set aside for Small Business Administration 8(a) contractors in Region IV.
