approximately 1 acre of land or lease an existing building of
approximately 650-850 net square feet on a suitable site for the main
Post Office in Montezuma, NY 13117. The USPS will consider leasing
existing space. The minimum basic lease term is 20 years with four
successive 5-year renewal options for existing space. The preferred
area is within the downtown business area of Montezuma. Proposals to
purchase must be submitted on the USPS "Assignable Option to Purchase"
contract available from the undersigned. For existing space, the USPS
will consider Letter Offers. Site descriptive data, floor plans,
zoning information, Agent authorization, if any and ownership
information is required. The USPS does not purchase property located
within a Floodway or Wetlands designated area. Proposals in significant
variance of the above requirements, while not preferred, will be
considered. The Postal Service shall not be responsible for contingent
