DESC-Furnish labor, materials, parts and supplies required to perform maintenance, repair and calibration of water quality monitoring systems, Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Work includes scheduled maintenance visits to clean, lubricate, adjust and calibrate systems and troubleshooting and repairing systems. Offerors must have a minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience and proven field performance in the maintenance of water quality monitoring instrumentation, telemetry, and recording systems. Offerors must furnish evidence of meeting this requirement. Contract period is one base year with two one year option periods. This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including it's affiliates having $5 million average annual gross revenue for the last three fiscal years.
