Statement Of Work General: Contractor Shall provide all labor, parts, tools and equipment necessary to upgrade existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) in the 821st Civil Engineering Power Plant, building 433, Buckley ANG Base, CO. Contractor shall furnish and install two (2) new PC_s, Dell Opt/Plex, 233 Mhz or faster, Intell Pentium CPU computers. Upgrade existing system to a 32 bit, NT based software which includes Microsoft windows NT, Intellution FIX 32 SCADA Software Development system uprade, Intellution FIX 32 SCADA Software Run-time upgrade and Intellution FIX ESS. Load existing Supervisory Control System (SCS) database on to new computers and test to ensure requirements have been successful. Site Testing: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, instrumentation and supplies necessary to perform all site testing. The contractor will provide the 821st Civil Engineering Power Plant with a test plan for approval. The plan will include Y2K compliance, verify operation of all systems in specified failure modes upon SCS failure or loss of power. Power outages needed to test system should be scheduled well in advance of required downtime. Training: The contractor shall conduct hands-on training to designated Power Plant personnel on any changes made to the system that will affect any mode of operation. The contractor shall provide hands-on training to designated Power Plant personnel on upgraded system hardware and software as appropriate. Appropriate training to be determined by Contractor and 821st Civil Engineering. Warranty: Contractor shall warrant all work and materials for two (2) years from the time of completed work. Willful destruction or misuse of warranted items will not be covered under this warranty and will be the responsibility of the owner.
