The U.S.Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for Real Estate Property Sales Closing Services on Single Family (1-4 unit) homes located in the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. The offeror must demonstrate experience in sales closings of such properties. This will be a fixed price indefinite quantity contract with a minimum of 50 closings and a maximum of 500 closings for the base contract period of one (1) year with options to extend for 2 (two) additional one year periods. Offerors must have a valid license to perform closing services within the each state. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8111 and the size standard is $5.0 million. See Numbered Note 1. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 15 days from the date of this notice.
