The work of this project consists of maintenance dredging approximately 200,000 cubic yards of sand material from the Wells Harbor Federal Project and municipal marina areas. Dredging will be performed by hydraulic plant with the sand pumped on to two beaches north and south of the harbor inlet. The estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days and no work will be permitted at the site until 7 September 1999. Solicitation shall be available on or about 5/17/99.
