The 74th Medical Support Squadron (74MDSS/SGSLCT) anticipates a competitive acquisition for maintenance of a Varian Linear Accelerator/Clinac 1800 and Varian Simulator/Ximatron located at the Medical Center of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The requirement is for the contractor to provide all necessary maintenance, labor, repair parts, to include glassware, maintenance supplies, tools, test equipment, transportation, obtain necessary documentation (i.e. repair manuals, technical orders, parts catalogues, and drawings), and provide other related services needed to restore and keep the radiation treatment equipment in operating condition. All sources capable of providing these services are being sought. In addition to the information provided below entitled "Capabilities Package," responding parties must also indicate their size status in relation to the applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 7699 (size standard $5M). Sources with 8(a) statusor otherwise classified as a small disadvantaged business should address their status in their responses. Capabilities Package. PLEASE ADDRESS ALL AREAS. All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm's capabilities in providing all of the above mentioned services. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the functions listed. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Previous experience in all areas should be provided. The response must not exceed 4 single-spaced, 10 point type pages.
