The Portland VA Medical Center is seeking commercially available Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators, both Single and Dual Chamber. Contract shall be for the period of one year beginning June 1, 1999 through May 31, 2000. Contractor must be able to provide the defibrillators to the Portland VA Medical Center within 8 hours notice. Contractor must provide Implantable Cardiac Defibrillator systems which includes pulse generators and leads. Contractor shall also include up-to-date programmers.
