The purchase order will be issued to allow this contractor to update and finalize a computer model which will be used for the budget formulation purposes. The contractor initially developed a computer model to determine workload and cost impact on different areas of the United States Attorney's (USA) Offices. Fentress Inc., has a clear understanding of the USA's investigative agencies and the courts necessary to update FY 97 & 98 data for the model. Other vendors would require a lengthy learning curve. Fentress is the only known source to provide the services needed to complete the model. This is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued.
