The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst is requesting that interested sources submit their request for a draft copy of the Statement of Work, for the AM-2 Mat Refurbishment Effort. This effort will consist of Government-Furnished AM-2 Landing Mat (F71/72), Heavy Duty Mat (F73), Spacer Mat (F78),and Replacement Mat (SF3). This matting will be refurbished by disassembling, sorting, cleaning, repairing, modifying, resurfacing, and repackaging in accordance with Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Div, Lakehurst Drawings #626578(F71), 626577(F72), 626536(F73) 622392(F78) and 622314(SF3). Drawings will not be provided with this draft SOW. There is no solicitation package at this time. Any information/comments provided by an interested source may or may not be included in a formal solicitation. Any future solicitation issued for AM-2 Mat Refurbishment Efforts will be subjected to the Export Control Laws. A certified DD 2345 form must be submitted to the Contracts Department at Lakehurst before any future solicitation package could be released. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
