Dupuis, Contracting Officer Architect and Engineering Services to provide design services for a new Refuge Headquarters Complex at the Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge in Franklin County, Vermont. The new Headquarters complex will provide for the administrative, visitor, maintenance and public use needs of the refuge. The selected A/E firm will prepare a final design for the administrative and maintenance facilities, along with a conceptual design for the proposed visitor and public use facilities. Proposals shall include the following sections for Government use in the evaluation of the firms in order of descending importance; 1) Experience in planning and designing similar facilities. (25 %); 2) Multi-disciplined experience, including architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering experience, and exhibitry experience.
