(202)694-1240 The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations for the following: A mulit-year contract to provide equipment, software, and associated communications that, in general, services a number of FEC ADP applications. Code compatibility with an extensive inventory of FEC programs running in a DEC (VMS) environment is required. Migration of current coding and data will be required. Any vendor interested in participating in the bid process will be required to perform a "Live Test Demonstration" (LTD) which will involve capability, throughput and other performance measurements and assessments -- including Y2K compliance.
