The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and services in performing all operations connected with repairing the exterior of building 803. The project generally includes repair of two exterior post tension type beams, minor repair to exterior surfaces of adjacent building surfaces, including removal of loose CMU from bottom of beams, removal and replacement of cap flashing/gravel stops on the building perimeter with an extruded aluminum material, provide polymer modified mortar between top layer of existing split faced blocks and fill voids between new bottom steel plate and existing mortar. Paint all split faced block surfaces. Apply concrete coating system to all poured concrete surfaces. Period of performance is 90 calendar days. Solicitation issue date should be on or after 16 May 1999. The applicable SIC code and size standard for the acquisition are 1771/$7 million. The estimated range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.The solicitation is unrestricted.
