67 -- SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE FOR PTO'S EMERGING TECHNOLOGY CENTER EDISON ROOM The Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) intends to issue a sole-source purchase order for a three year period of performance beginning 7/1/99 through 6/30/02. The requirements under this purchase order include the provision of service and maintenance for the PTO's Emerging Technology Center (ETC) Edison Room and Chief Information Officer (CIO) Conference Room. This service and maintenance agreement covers all associated equipment, including but not limited to, the maintenance of proprietary software written specifically for the controller system.
