COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF APRIL 8,1999 PSA#232016 -- AIRCRAFT COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES The Naval Air Systems Command
(NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order (0011), on an other than
full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering
Agreement (BOA) N00019-98-G-0018, with Boeing, Rotorcraft Division,
P.O. Box 16858, Philadelphia, PA 19142-0858. Boeing shall perform
fatigue testing, metallurgical evaluation of failed test specimens, and
provide test reports and associated data of the test specimans, which
is a Connecting Link. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and
manufacturer of the H-46 series helicopter, and the only firm that
possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data
required to perform these efforts within the limited time constraints
