Provide workstations, hardware, software, installation of workstations that will be the medium for operator interactions with the SCADA system to visually receive data from and to control powerplants and switchyards. CRT and keyboard/trackball operations will guide the operator through a selection or control sequense by the use of interactive operator prompting messages, symbols, symbol color changes, and/or by special function keys. The only known source capable of performing this work is HSQ of San Francisco, California. The HSQ workstations will be added to the existing HSQ SCADA system. This system is of a hydrid nature with discret components and system software that has proprietary rights by the indicated vendor. In the event no other sources are found, the government intends to issue an award to HSQ Technology under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1).
