Ketchum, Contracting Officer, SEA 02612, (703) 602-0951 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to procure C303/S Countermeasures under a firm-fixed-price contract with Whitehead Alenia Sistemi Subacquie, via Hermanda, 6B, Genova, Italy, under the Foreign Comparative Testing Program (FCT). The U.S. Navy has a requirement to test and evaluate U.S. weapons effectiveness against foreign countermeasure systems which necessitates the procurement of foreign manufactured countermeasures. The Base Year ( 2nd Quarter of FY 00) estimated quantities include 05 test units and 40 re-use kits.
