The Contractor shall provide all necessary maintenance, labor, documentation, repair parts, maintenance supplies, tools, test equipment, transportation and other related services, in strict accordance with the specifications, for the maintenance of Government-owned Automated Data Equipment (ADPE) Systems located at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4152. ADPE to be maintained consists of a variety of mainframe, peripherals and communication devices -- original manufacturers include, but not limited to HP, 3M, Cisco, IBM, Zenith, Compaq, Swan, Unisys, Dell, Intel. The Period of Performance shall be 1 January through 31 December. The contract will be for one base year and four option years. The required on-site response times vary from 2 hours to 72 hours depending on type of service required. The solicitation is being issued as a Commercial Item using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered. Only written requests for thesolicitation package will be accepted. There is a $50.00 charge for this solicitation package.
