Services, non-personal: Services consists of providing all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Transient Alert Services at Scott Air Force Base IL. Transient Alert Services will include technical services such as, but not limited to, Arrival Services, Processing Services, Departure Services, Emergency Services, and other services as described in the Statement of Work. The Government anticipates awarding a fixed-price, requirements type contract for the period 1 Oct 1999 through 30 Sep 2000 with two option years. Solicitations will be made available for potential contractors through the EPS (Electronic Posting System) and using PDF (Paperless Document Format) procedures. Contractors must submit their proposals and related items using electronic means (i.e., facsimile, e-mail, etc). This includes, but is not limited to, Proposals (including prices), Technical Exhibits, and Past Performance References. Contractors will also be required to submit signed original copies of Page 1 (SF1449), as well as all pages containing certifications and representations.
