The Department of State (DTS-PO), Fairfax, Va. intends to procure through competitive bids, a full duplex, circuit capable of supporting 9.6 kbps between the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) American Embassy Paramaribo, Suriname and the Main Distribution Beltsville Information management Center, (BIMC) Beltsville, Maryland in accordance with FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The services shall include a base quantity of one year with four one year options. Performance Period under the subject contract is to be 60 months.
